Great program with exceptional strength at the end.
Personally for me, this is an excellent course for beginners wanting to learn and experience the ancient martial arts. The teacher is well versed in all aspects of Tai Chi in its purest form. With her background and her 20 + years of experience, she definitely explains all the intricacies involved with practising the most powerful martial arts. I for one admire her commitment, knowledge and her willingness to promote and make it easily acceptable for everyone.
As good as a new prescription. Unfortunately the program has some skipping , as always. Which is frustrating. There's no replacements of any kind.
