It's good, quality instructions visually.. but I ordered the one with English, and literally all of it is in Chinese, so I have no idea what's being said or what is written in any of them. I literally have to screenshot and go to my translator just to try yo piece the written parts together. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

Review of Anna-Jones’s Chen Style Tai Chi Online Classes

I never thought I’d buy online Tai Chi classes, but after struggling to find in-person sessions that met my needs and seeing Anna-Jones’s incredible videos on social media (especially TikTok), I decided to give it a try—and I’m thrilled I did!

The content is highly professional, with an excellent approach for beginners like me. The movements are clearly explained and broken down, making the lessons much easier to follow. Anna-Jones’s teaching style is both engaging and methodical, which helps build confidence step by step.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to make it easier to track progress within the videos—perhaps with clearer markers for completed sections or a way to bookmark where we left off. This would help when returning to the course after a break.

That said, I highly recommend Anna-Jones’s Chen Style Tai Chi classes! Whether you're new to Tai Chi or looking to refine your practice, her online courses are a fantastic resource. Five stars!

I'm so happy to be a part of this ancient tradition for health and longevity! Teacher Anna Jones' teaching style conveys important key points to remember in a way that is both fun and serious.

As I practice, I find myself remembering her key Tai Chi tips from the lessons. It's great to watch them again after practicing, then again to check your form. I look forward to my practice times!

I've been practicing Anna Jones Tai Chi Warmup and Advancing Steps, which is Chapters 1 - 10 so far, and I feel improved balance, coordination, and calm! Trying sincerely to follow the teachers' instructions and demonstrations, enhances the benefits. One example, the "toe grind" detail helps to engage my adductors exactly where I need! It's awesome how these ancient exercises seem to know what ones’ body needs for health and vitality. Tai Chi can do so much for ones’ body and mind. Teacher Yuan Zhi’s dedication to the art of Tai Chi and teaching is clear. `Thank you Tai Chi, Thank you Teacher Anna Jones!
